• riders must wear hard hats with chin straps and shoes/boots with heels
• no dogs are allowed on the course and dogs at the horse boxes must be kept on a lead

1. All riders to report to the Secretary before starting
2. Riders may start at any time between 10.00am and 2.00pm
3. Any rider dropping out en route must report to the Secretary upon return
4. Hard hats with chin straps and shoes or boots with heels must be worn
5. Gates found shut on the course must be shut after passing through
6. No dogs allowed on the course. Dogs at the horse boxes must be kept on a lead
7. An adult must accompany any child under 12 years of age
8. Entry is entirely at the risk of the entrant. The organisers, helpers, officials and landowners accept no responsibility for any damage, injury or accident to persons, animals or property and will not entertain any action for costs for any injury or damage resulting directly or indirectly from this entry to this event
9. Entry to the event implies acceptance of these conditions
